    Deposit of 50% is required with the balance to be paid in 30 days.
     
    Special Orders
    We are always happy to accommodate special orders when we can. Deposit of 50% is required and item is a final sale. If you have a special request please call us at 415.673.5733

    Order Processing
    You are charged only for items shipped. You will be notified of items that are back-ordered. Credit cards are charged the day the shipment is released. Shipments are executed within 24 hours of placing orders with the exception of placing orders on holidays and weekends.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Catherine Jane ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    All shipments are delivered using UPS

    $16 for purchases of  $1- $1,000
    $25 for purchases of  $1,001- $1,999
    $33 for purchases of  $2,000 & above
    add $17 to above amount for 3-day delivery
    add $25 to above amount for 2-day delivery

    When inventory is on hand, shipments are sent out within 48 hours after order is placed.



  • Sales Tax

  • Catherine Jane charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. All purchases delivered in California will be charged 8.5% sales tax. Shipments delivered to areas outside California will not be charged sales tax.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Catherine Jane reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Catherine Jane accepts returns of regularly priced merchandise for a refund when the merchandise is returned within 10 days of purchase provided merchandise has not been worn, with tags attached and is returned with receipt. Sale and tailored items are final sale. Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be accompanied with the enclosed RETURN / EXCHANGE form.
